Victory Physical Therapy offers a focus on women's health including:
- Prenatal exercise training to maintain your fitness level and prepare your body for labor and delivery.
- Assistance with prenatal orthopedic challenges such as back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, diastasis recti, and knee and foot problems associated with pregnancy weight gain and altered posture.
- Postpartum strengthening to recover from the challenges of labor and delivery so you can resume your active lifestyle. Body mechanic training to learn to care for your back while you care for your baby.
- Pelvic floor rehabilitation: weakness of the pelvic floor muscles can cause a range of incontinence from a small loss of urine while exercising, coughing, or laughing to full incontinence requiring constant pads. Physical therapy can help retrain these muscles to re-establish bladder control. Every woman deserves to feel dry and confident! This training is also helpful for men who have incontinence due to prostrate cancer treatments.
- Osteoporosis: a specific strengthening program to work the muscles of the spine, hips and forearms which are the most common sites for fractures. Our program also includes balance activities to decrease fall risk.
- Post-mastectomy recovery to restore full shoulder mobility and minimize scar tissue.
- Scoliosis exercise program to restore symmetry and strength.
Our office is not a gym atmosphere. We offer individual treatment rooms for privacy along with an exercise room for strengthening.

I was having urinary incontinence when active during the day and frequent urination at night causing me to wear pads all the time. Diane taught me how to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles and now I no longer take medication to control my overactive bladder. She changed my life.
